- ID & PIN copies (original ID to be provided for verification)
- Six months bank/ mpesa statements (or both if available).
- Business records-Purchases/sales, utilities for traders/pay slips and appointment letters for employees
- 2 Passport size photos for the applicant
- Bill of lading Invoice
- Export certificate (English version of Japanese logbook)
- Inspection certificate (Jevic)
- Import Declaration Form (IDF)
